Dear Family and Friends,
So Argentina lost last night to Chile, so the whole country is in a depressive and angry state. They really don’t like the Chileans here right now:)
This week has been super stressfull, mostly because it was transfers this week. Literally I spent all of Monday, half of Tuesday, and half of Wednesday sitting on a bench in the bus terminal. We got to the terminal when the bus was supposed to get there, and it would arrive way late, and always about 15 minutes before the next bus was supposed to arrive, so we’d have to wait around and then that bus would show up late. I can’t tell you how many times that happened:) And we only almost lost one missionary:) But that wasn’t our fault. The other zone leaders put her on the wrong bus:)
All of our investigators are sick. They were all going to go to church, and then the day before they all got the flu. That really kinda sucked. But oh well, they’ll come next week:) They’re progressing really well, and the’ll be getting baptized soon. We’re working with one named Veronica who has depression and family problems and doesn’t think that God loves her because of all the trials that she has in her life, but it’s been cool to see that as she’s humbled herself she’s gotten better, her life no, but her happiness and health yes, as she’s read and prayed and completely submitted herself to her Heavenly Father. But, she got the flu and couldn’t come to church:(
The weeks are going by faster and faster, it’s so unreal. Am I a little bit (or maybe a little bit more than a little bit) trunky, yes:) However, quoting from Monte Python and the Holy Grail, “I’m not dead yet!” 🙂 jajaja:)
¡Les quiero mucho!
